PDF PROBLEM RESOLUTION

Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or better is required to view this bulletin. It can be downloaded here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html If you are still experiencing problems, try this:  from your Program menu, open Adobe Acrobat Reader (applies to version 5 and above).  In Acrobat Reader, select EDIT then preferences.  As shown in the diagram below, UNCHECK the box marked 'Allow Fast Web View'  and click OK.

Once this process is complete, click  HERE to return to the Bulletins page and retry opening the PDF document again.
